DM Trainer

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions and effectively communicate digital marketing concepts to students or professionals. The ideal candidate should have practical industry knowledge and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and easy-to-understand training sessions on digital marketing concepts.
• Prepare and develop course materials, including modules, notes, presentations, case studies, and other supporting documents.
• Train students/professionals on topics such as SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Google Ads, Content Marketing, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training modules.
• Assess trainees’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of the training program.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of core digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
• 1–2 years of prior experience in training or mentoring in digital marketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.
• Proficient in creating and using training tools such as PowerPoint, LMS, and digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
