Your primary responsibility will involve building and maintaining scalable REST APIs using Django REST Framework. You will be tasked with implementing server-side logic, object-relational mapping (ORM), and ensuring secure data handling. Additionally, you will design and optimize various databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and more. Working with technologies like AWS Lightsail, Celery, Redis, and Docker, you will be involved in scalable deployment and background tasks. Collaboration with the front-end team is essential for seamless feature integration. You will also be responsible for using tools like Postman to test, debug, and document REST APIs effectively. Managing the codebase using Git for team-wide code synchronization and version control will be part of your daily routine. Working in cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product, and Data will provide you with a holistic view of the project. The tech stack you will work on includes Django REST Framework, Golang for backend development, databases like PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Scylladb, and more, cloud services such as AWS EC2, AWS Lightsail, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging protocols like Kafka, MQTT, and task management tools like Celery, Celery-beat, and Redis.
