You will be responsible for overseeing both in plant activities related to production and outside plant activities at the site. In the production setting, your duties will include supervising workers to ensure timely completion and quality standards, testing and documenting control panels, uploading Omnicom controller programs as per customer requirements, coordinating with various departments such as Design, Purchase, and Store, monitoring project timelines, and preparing and correcting drawings and BOM of control panels. On-site, you will provide technical support for installation and commissioning, offer post-commissioning technical assistance to customers and site engineers/technicians round the clock, conduct emergency site visits, inspections, and new development as needed, and focus on developing and maintaining strong customer/client relationships. To excel in this role, you should have experience in production and manufacturing processes, familiarity with HT incoming supply gears, LT Switch Gears, and Distribution panels, as well as expertise in electrical equipment installation and maintenance. Additionally, a solid understanding of electrical and electronics instrumentation is required. Your skillset should include proficiency in handling manpower, conducting management reviews and reporting, demonstrating leadership qualities, and possessing IT skills such as MS Office, SAP, or ERP. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented LV Panel Electrical Assembly Engineer to assemble, wire, and test low-voltage (LV) electrical panels used in power distribution, control systems, or industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting electrical drawings, hands-on expertise in LV panel wiring, and a solid understanding of electrical safety and compliance standards (such as IEC, UL, or local standards). Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams for LV panels. Assemble electrical enclosures and install components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, MCBs, MCCBs, and busbars. Perform wiring according to design specifications and company standards. Conduct continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and functional tests to verify panel quality. Ensure all panels comply with local and international electrical standards (e.g., IEC 61439, UL508A). Work closely with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries. Identify and troubleshoot wiring or assembly issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain records of completed work, test results, and any modifications made. Follow all workplace safety and electrical handling procedures. Required Qualifications: Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualification. 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical panel assembly, preferably in LV panels. Strong understanding of electrical components and low voltage systems (up to 1000V AC). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layout diagrams. Familiar with the use of hand tools, crimping tools, torque wrenches, and multimeters. Knowledge of IEC/NEC standards related to LV panel construction. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with control panel wiring and motor control centers (MCCs). Knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation panel wiring. Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 45001. Certification in electrical safety or panel assembly (e.g., LV switching operations).
