Project Sales- Roles & Responsibility:- • To cover Private projects, builders, related architects, contractors. • Conducting extensive field activities & follow up on potential clients. • Preparation for future projects details or previous projects & other activities. • • Responsible for Market and Competitor Analysis. Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters & other institutional clients on regular basis. • Contact decision makers (Architects/Interior Designers/Specifiers)to discuss current projects and to get our products specified in their projects • Identify the top architectural and Interior Designing firms • Gap analysis finding out architects/ influencers who are not specifying our products and evolve strategy to tap them. Coordinating business generation activities with other departments • • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
