Position :Vertical Head Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Segment Company: Trance Form Dept: Kitchen & Wardrobe Segment Reporting Manager: Directors Job Summary: The Vertical Head for the Modular Kitchen Segment at Trance Form assumes a pivotal role in managing every facet of the kitchen segment. This encompasses client management, design supervision, meticulous site installation planning, and driving sales growth initiatives. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Client Management: Monitor client walk-ins and maintain effective communication to understand their requirements. Plan and execute outreach strategies to reach new premium clients and expand the customer base. Design Supervision: Oversee the design process, ensuring functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client expectations. Provide guidance and support to the design team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Site Installation Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive plans for site installation activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Supervise site execution to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. Sales Growth: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion. Implement strategies to increase project sales and achieve sales targets. Display Maintenance: Ensure the showroom display is updated with multiple options catering to diverse client needs. Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to procure and showcase new products and designs. Collaboration with Departments: Collaborate with sales, design, purchase, accounts, warehouse, and support teams to streamline operations. Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives. Budget Control: Identify external vendors and negotiate contracts to control project costs and maintain profitability. Monitor department budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Resolve escalated issues promptly and proactively, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service. Project Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of project plans, schedules, and communications for reference and reporting purposes. Generate reports on project progress, sales performance, and client feedback for management review. Position: Product Designer Department : Design & Visual Merchandising Position Objective As a Product Designer at TROVE, your core responsibility is to translate ideas into impactful product display concepts that elevate our brand experience and drive customer engagement. You will play a key role in crafting innovative design solutionsfrom conceptualizing in-store displays to planning product arrangements that align with TROVEs visual language and business goals. Key Responsibilities Concept Creation Ideate and develop creative product (tile) concepts and designes; product display and showroom layout concepts in line with TROVEs design philosophy. Plan seasonal themes and storytelling concepts for new collections and product launches. Visual Display & Layout Planning Design and execute in-store product displays, layouts, and arrangements that enhance aesthetics and functionality. Work closely with showroom teams to ensure design implementation aligns with the planned concept. Material & Product Presentation Select display materials and presentation techniques that best highlight the uniqueness of TROVE’s tile products. Innovate methods to present color, texture, and finish combinations effectively. Collaboration & Coordination Collaborate with the marketing, showroom, and procurement teams to align design with commercial goals. Coordinate with vendors and installers for execution of display plans. Mood Boards and 3D Visuals Develop mood boards, display mock-ups, and 3D visuals to communicate concepts effectively. Provide detailed sketches or digital layouts for showroom execution. Trend Research & Innovation Stay updated with current design trends, customer behavior, and competitor displays to innovate continuously. Propose new formats for customer interaction and engagement through design. Additional Preferences Background in Interior Design or Graphic Design is highly preferred. Proficiency in design tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. Strong visual sense and attention to detail. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
