Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily dispatch activities of friction materials to OEMs, dealers, and export customers. • Ensure timely preparation of dispatch documents: invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, etc. • Liaise with transport agencies and internal logistics teams to plan efficient routes and minimize delays. • Track shipment status and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams. • Supervise packaging, loading, and unloading to prevent damage to products. • Maintain dispatch records in ERP system (i.e Tally). • Optimize dispatch schedules based on production availability and customer priority. • Address and resolve customer complaints related to deliveries, shortages, or damage. • Support Store inventory reconciliation in coordination with the stores department.
