The role involves assessing and qualifying inbound leads, ensuring only high-quality prospects move forward in the sales process. You will play a crucial role in evaluating fit, understanding customer needs, and handing off well-vetted leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Assess and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria. Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and pain points. Conduct initial discovery calls to evaluate lead quality and readiness for the sales team. Identify key decision-makers and ensure alignment with our SaaS solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless lead handover. Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better assess potential customers. What Were Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead qualification, or a similar role. Strong ability to assess and qualify leads efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales tools. Strong analytical mindset to evaluate prospect fit. Client Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. - Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and present CloudHire's value proposition. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Performance & Reporting: - Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets. - Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and sales progress in the CRM. - Provide regular reports on pipeline status, market feedback, and competitive intelligence. Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure a cohesive sales strategy. - Share insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales process. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in a sales development or similar outbound sales role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with set KPIs. Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary: 25,000 per month - Commission: Attractive commission structure leading to an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of 10 - 12 LPA. - Competitive performance-based incentives and growth opportunities. - 6 months on track KPI moves to US SAAS sales, with a minimum of 30LPA OTE Work Environment: - Hybrid work model based in Hyderabad, offering flexibility with a blend of in-office and remote work. - Work schedule includes 6 days a week with a half-day on Saturdays. - A collaborative, high-energy environment where innovation and initiative are celebrated.,
