Role & responsibilities - Consumables (Indent and Returns) (Online). - Pharmacy Returns (Online). - Up-dation/charging of Consultant Visits as per the Respective Visit forms signed by consultants. (Online). - Placing Indent for consumables as well as drugs and medicines. - Charging the drugs and consumables to the patient in form of putting IP Issues. - Maintaining Stock and Sub-stores of the related department. - Assisting HOD in all administrative work as well as clerical work. - Giving On-the-job training. - Generating MIS. - Preparing SOPs. - Entering monthly Duty Rota. - Charging Doctors visit and communicating with Billing Operation Dept., - Maintaining Register Book (i.e. Admission/Discharge - To work with the hospital information system and other information technology resources and software as may be assigned on a periodic basis from time to time as per attached appendix.
