Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Generate qualified leads, follow up proactively, and convert them into business deals. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions based on client needs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new areas of growth. Negotiate contracts and close deals to optimize revenue and client satisfaction. Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused approach. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Strategic and analytical thinking for effective problem-solving. 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred but not mandatory). A bike and a laptop are mandatory.
