Understand and follow safe operating procedures for machinery and equipment. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Ensure strict adherence and compliance to the manufacturing and quality procedures. Perform cleaning of all parts as per established cleaning procedures. Perform final checks and adjustments for any defects to ensure high quality products. Carry out installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacements, refitting, and adjustments in the products. Order and stock materials and supplies to avoid materials shortages. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of Pneumatic and Mechanical assemblies. Ability to analyse and visualize mechanical systems and design. Knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing (Both 2D and 3D). Critical thinking to rectify errors in mechanical products manufactured in house. Familiar to technology and processes of mechanical industry.
