Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Digital Sales Associate to handle sales outreach and lead conversions through phone-based communication. The role is fully voice-driven and ideal for someone confident in explaining digital advertising solutions and closing deals over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with warm leads.
• Pitch Google Ads services tailored to client needs and budgets.
• Share pricing, proposals, and guide prospects toward a buying decision.
• Maintain CRM updates with lead status, call notes, and deal progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and campaign onboarding.
• Meet monthly targets for calls made, leads followed up, and deals closed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in phone-based sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn.
• Confident in handling client objections and converting interest into action.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call management workflows.
