You will be joining DBS Group Audit as a Business Analyst, playing a crucial role in delivering digital and data initiatives to support the implementation of Group Audit Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM). Your responsibilities will encompass business analysis, stakeholder management, and the implementation of key digital and data projects within the Group Audit framework. Your primary tasks will include defining scope, objectives, and measures of success in collaboration with stakeholders, including Business Users and Product Owners. It will be essential for you to maintain effective communication channels with these parties, providing regular progress updates and escalating issues to management when necessary. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and adhering to a detailed work plan for project activities, ensuring alignment with the technology team's scope of work and delivery plan. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in any discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and delivering digital and data projects. Proficiency in Agile project management is a prerequisite, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of the banking industry, particularly institutional banking, is preferred. Additionally, you should be proficient in SQL, with experience in data science considered a bonus.
