Job Description Servicing / troubleshooting of Test & Measuring Instruments like Oscilloscopes (Analog/ Digital) , DC Power Supplies, Electronic Loads Function Generators, Spectrum Analyzer, High Voltage Tester/ Electrical Safety Testers, Digital Multimeters, LCR Meters, and other related test & measuring instruments component level as well as board level Pre-despatch testing of all above mentioned test equipments/ instruments. Co-ordination/ interaction/ follow ups with customers on service / support matters Co-ordination with in-house operation/ sales / support team on equipments/ instruments handling/ dispatching/ demonstration etc. . Interaction/ co-ordination with group technical support teams/ maintaining service records/ periodic service reports
