Job Description

Truckrr is a technology start-up that disturbs the existing way of fleet owners operations. We are looking for a results-driven digital marketing strategist to lead and execute Truckrr’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to design, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Truckrr’s goals and target audience. • Identify growth opportunities across online channels.

2. Campaign Management: • Plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. • Optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

3. Content Creation & Management: • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters. • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.

4. Analytics and Reporting: • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights. • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

5. Social Media & Community Building: • Manage Truckrr’s social media presence, grow followers, and drive engagement. • Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries promptly.

6. Collaboration: • Work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives. • Coordinate with external vendors and partners when needed.

Qualifications and Skills: Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing strategist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Good to Have: • Experience working with startups or SaaS businesses.
  • Knowledge of the logistics or transport industry.
  • Creative skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
