Sparkl is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse campaign budgets and possess the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies. Responsibilities for this role: • Run full-funnel paid campaigns (Search, Display, Social) • Optimize for CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions • Set up analytics, tracking, and dashboards • Research audience & keyword trends, constantly optimize campaigns to achieve best ROI • Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams What we are looking for: • 3-6 years of digital marketing experience • Proven results in performance marketing • Strong with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager • Analytical mindset and ownership attitude • Bonus: Automation, SEO tools, CRM systems Location: Delhi NCR preferred, 5 Days In-Office Gurugram (Mon-Fri) Wonderful opportunity to contribute towards an exponential growth.
