Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development:

    Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Content Marketing:

    Create, manage, and optimize engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • SEO & SEM:

    Optimize website and content for search engines, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and pprox. performance metrics to improve rankings and ROI.
  • Social Media Management:

    Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms to boost engagement and brand presence.
  • Email Marketing:

    Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor, pprox., and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to ensure data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborations:

    Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Marketing Automation:

    Implement and manage marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Skills

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and similar marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and PPC campaign management.
  • Content Skills:

    Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities for diverse digital channels.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Data-driven mind-set with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
  • Creativity:

    Innovative approach to designing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with various teams

    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS product-based company.
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS marketing strategies and customer journeys is a plus.
