Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Associate – Digital Marketing (SEO Specialist) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategy, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving website traffic, and contributing to lead generation goals. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings, domain authority, and organic traffic. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes to ensure site health (crawlability, indexing, page speed, etc.). Perform thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines and user experience. Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation. Manage backlink strategy, including outreach and off-page SEO initiatives. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance and generate insights. Track KPIs and prepare SEO performance reports for internal stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO requirements are met in web projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing role. Proven experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO concepts. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
