About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram campaigns 2. Execute Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Shopping 3. Optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) 4. Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-converting creatives 5. Run email marketing and WhatsApp automation campaigns as needed 6. Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools 7. Generate performance reports and suggest actionable improvements 8. Explore opportunities in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and partnerships Requirements: 1. 1+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads management 2. Strong knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management 3. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager 4. Understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies 5. Excellent analytical and communication skills 6. Experience in the education or e-learning sector 7. Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and email marketing tools like Brevo or Mailchimp 8.
