About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Generate enquiries 2. Prepare quotations in Tally or Excel and send replies with terms and conditions to parties 3. Handle new customer enquiries and share relevant Excel or details with them 4. Process orders and enter invoices regularly for Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and Shopify 5. Update stock on all online portals 6. Manage all online portals including running discounts, coupons, and other sales activities 7. List new products on all portals 8. Upload YouTube videos and social media content 9. Handle export enquiries with guidance 10.
