About the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in managing and executing our diverse marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and generating leads across various channels. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence, leading creative projects, and supporting key strategic campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily marketing operations and support the Business Head in planning and executing internal marketing and sales initiatives. 2. Create engaging marketing materials such as posters, flyers, ad creatives, and videos, while driving overall content strategy, including copywriting, blogs, SEO/SEM, Google My Business, website updates, and landing pages. 3. Manage social media platforms to increase brand visibility and drive organic lead generation. 4. Assist the Performance Marketing Manager with ad strategy, developing creatives, and writing compelling copy for campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads. 5. Ensure consistent brand presence and marketing execution across all centres nationwide. 6. Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies via WhatsApp, email, and SMS to drive repeat business and move leads through the funnel. 7. Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation, resolving concerns swiftly and professionally. 8. Coordinate and manage brand collaborations, including partnerships involving founder Anjali Mukerjee.
