Job Description

Post: Digital Marketing Executive for a leading Sports co at Chennai Product: Sports & Footwear Location: Chennai Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing. Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing successful digital campaigns. Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Salary: Maximum gross up to 40 K PM Key Responsibilities & Accountability: Manage official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on audience engagement and follower growth. Develop and execute monthly content calendars for both organic and paid campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high- quality digital assets. Track and analyze social media performance metrics; generate actionable insights to improve reach and effectiveness. Support event marketing through digital creatives, pre-event buzz, live coverage, and post-event storytelling. Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline touchpoints by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to keep strategies relevant and innovative. Functional Competencies: Conversion Rate Optimization Email Marketing & Retargeting Analytical Skills E-commerce funnels, paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), and ROI-focused campaigns.
