Job Description:

Are you a digital-first thinker who thrives on scaling brands through performance marketing? Were looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth across paid media, quick-commerce platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces.

What You will do:

Strategize & execute high-performing campaigns across all paid channels Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.

Optimize ROAS through data-driven decisions and real-time performance tracking.

Drive visibility, traffic, and conversions on Quick-Commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and E-commerce Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and audience insights to stay ahead of the game.

Build detailed performance reports and campaign analysis dashboards.

Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive digital narratives and promotions.

Skills Required:

Strong command over paid media buying (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Max, etc.)

Deep understanding of quick-commerce ecosystem and how to scale performance within it

Proven experience with e-commerce marketplace operations, ads, and product visibility strategies.

Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Google Data Studio, and ad manager dashboards.

Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

1+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, Q-Commerce, or E-commerce domains is highly preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
