As the Digital Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring, responding to, and managing daily messages and inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp. You'll play a key role in engaging potential students, providing information about our programs, and ensuring a prompt and professional digital experience. Location: Edappally, Ernakulam Salary : For 1-2 year 15 K , 3 plus years -20 K above Key Responsibilities: ?Monitor and respond to all incoming Instagram DMs and WhatsApp messages daily. ?Provide accurate information about training programs, course schedules, and enrollment procedures. ?Capture and document lead information for follow-up by the admissions or sales team. ?Coordinate with the marketing team to stay updated on ongoing promotions, content, and FAQs. ?Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team members when needed. ?Assist with content ideas based on trending questions or feedback from the audience. ?Ensure timely, friendly, and consistent brand communication. ?Track response times and improve digital engagement metrics. Qualifications: ?Prior experience in social media management, customer service, or digital communication. ?Strong written communication skills and professional tone. ?Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp business tools. ?Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently. ?Passion for education and helping prospective students. ?Basic knowledge of healthcare training programs is a plus. ?High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
