As a Creative Designer at Kovai.co, you will play a crucial role in understanding our products and developing websites, whitepapers, social media banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral designs. You will create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. Collaborating closely with Product Marketing teams, you will analyze and understand brief requirements to establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Your responsibilities will also include creating pixel-perfect and responsive designs for product websites and campaign pages, ensuring they align with brand attributes. Additionally, you will deliver graphic design creatives for the website and other marketing campaigns and events with exemplary flair. To be a good fit for this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience as a Creative Graphic Designer/Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work is essential. You should possess excellent knowledge of tools such as Adobe, InVision, and CorelDRAW, along with strong experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps. Proficiency in visual design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, pencil sketch, digital drawing, and mouse draw is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with prior experience in industry-leading vector graphic software, branding, social media banners, infographics, and blog posting templates, are highly valued. You should also demonstrate great visual design, time management, and multitasking skills, and be well-read on new technology and best practices in the market. The candidate must have an eye for incredible aesthetics, colour, character development and must be able to produce concepts and execute according to the design brief.
