1.Job Objective :- Production planning & Execution in Shift. Ensure efficient Furnace melting practice Optimum Manpower & resource utilization Handle TPM activities in shift Identify Waste through process and initiate actions Employee Training Conduct SMED kaizen Ensure Safety & Discipline in shift Identify abnormalities & actions Breakdown analysis & OEE Improvement.
2.Key Role & Responsibilities :- 1.Daily ShiftWise production planning & Execution in Shift. 2.TPM activities in shift Identify Waste through process and initiate actions. 3. Employee Training Conduct SMED kaizen Ensure Safety & Discipline in shift. 4.Supervising 30-40 work force strength in three shifts. 5.Identify abnormalities & actions Breakdown analysis to improve OEE. 6.Drive Productivity & Zero Defect- Rejection Improvement, 7.Ensure Safe working Environment. 8.Active participation in Plant TPM drive.
3.Qualification & Experience Required :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/BE Mechanical Engineering. Experience of 8 to 9 years in High pressure die casting.
4.Personal Characteristic :- Communication, Presentation skill Technologically competent Innovative Out of Box thinking
