Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnostic Evaluation: Conduct thorough examinations of tissue samples, blood, and other bodily fluids to identify abnormalities and diseases. Consultation and Collaboration: Provide expert consultation to clinicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals on pathology findings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine the best course of treatment for patients based on diagnostic results. 3. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to rigorous quality control standards in laboratory testing procedures. Review and validate test results to maintain accuracy and reliability. 4. Research and Development: Stay abreast of advancements in pathology through continuous learning and participation in research projects. Contribute to the development of new diagnostic techniques and technologies. 5. Education and Training: Mentor and train junior pathologists, medical students, and laboratory staff. Conduct educational sessions and presentations to disseminate knowledge and promote best practices in pathology.
