Position = DGM / GM (Finishing) Qualification = Diploma in Interior Design & Decoration Experience = 15 to 20 Years Location = Pune Compensation = Best in the Industry Job Description Expertise in Project Management pertaining to execution of interior luxury finishes of high-rise luxury residences. Strong co-ordination skills with Architect, Interior designer, Service Consultants, Vendors, and Contractors. Co-ordination with internal team Architecture & Interior, Procurement & Contracts, Estimation & Budget, and Billing. Good in planning - finishing interior activities with proper scheduling, sequencing, management of overlapping, debottlenecking etc. Good knowledge on high value finishing materials Contract administration with respect to extra items and variations Cost optimization, budget adherence/controls, value engineering, wastage management, minimize repetition of works, close monitoring for good workmanship and optimization of staff/labor productivity etc. Soft Skills Command on written / verbal communication, strong analytical & presentation skills
