Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drone Specialist with 0-1 years of experience to join our geospatial team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge and practical skills in drone operations, photogrammetry, and data processing. Proficiency in using drone software and equipment is essential. Key Responsibilities: Drone Operations: Perform drone flights for various applications, including aerial surveying and mapping. Data Collection: Collect high-quality aerial imagery and data using drones. Photogrammetry: Process and analyze aerial imagery to create accurate orthophotos, 3D models, and maps. Software Proficiency: Utilize drone software for flight planning, data processing, and visualization. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and precision of collected data, adhering to industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, GIS specialists, and other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

Role & responsibilities Planning and Design Assurance is responsible for ensuring that planning and design activities are initiated and completed on time and in line with the organization goals and objectives. This role involves conducting reviews and documenting issues, developing and implementing design assurance procedures, ensuring alignment with internal STRAP, Budget and regulatory approvals / submissions, collaborating with cross functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement in planning and design assurance. Alignment with internal strategies: Implement tasks related to planning and design assurance, ensuring time and budget control of all planning and design activities, including timely initiation and completion of the same after maintaining synergy with internal strategies/commitments to external stakeholders (e.g. 5 year STRAP, annual budget, AERA approvals, mandate from DGCA/BCAS/MoCA/APHO, BoI, Environment Clearance mandate, or any other). The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring that established procedures and guidelines are followed to ensure alignment with project goals and enhance overall project efficiency. Design Reviews and Documenting Issues: Conduct thorough reviews including entire Planning & Design team (HO and all assets) to identify and document any issues or discrepancies and maintaining records from time to time. Develop and Implement Design Assurance Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive procedures and guidelines for design assurance. Support the integration of these procedures into the planning and design processes to ensure consistency and compliance. Provide guidance and support during the implementation of design assurance procedures, ensuring that all processes align with quality and project standards. Regulatory Compliance : As part of overall Planning & Design Assurance, ensuring that timely planning/design action is taken on all mandates of Regulatory Authorities (AERA, MoEFCC/State Environemnt Department, BCAS, BoI, Customs, APHO, etc.) or commitments given to the Regulatory Authorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, project managers and external consultants, to ensure time and budget control. Facilitate effective communication and teamwork to integrate design assurance seamlessly into all aspects of the project. Managing of ERP systems supporting operational modules, including MRO (CAR-145), Manufacturing (CAR-21), CAMO (CAR-M), CAR-147 training ERP system implementation, integration, upgrades, end-user training initiatives. Required Candidate profile Min. 5 yrs of exp in managing ERP systems, ERP implementations Knowledge of DGCA regulations CAR-145, CAR-M, CAR-147, CAR-21 Certified in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Envision ERP, or equivalent.

To ensure the smooth functioning of airport operations by coordinating with various stakeholders through the AOCC. The Executive will act as the nerve center for all airport operational activities, monitoring, escalating, and resolving issues in real-time to ensure safe, secure, and efficient airport operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily airport operations from AOCC, ensuring real-time coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain constant liaison with airlines, ground handling agents, security, ATC, and terminal operations teams. Update and manage the Airport Operational Database (AODB) and related systems. Handle irregular operations (IROPS) such as delays, diversions, and emergencies by coordinating with all concerned departments. Disseminate timely and accurate information through flight information display systems (FIDS), public address systems, and other communication platforms. Maintain daily operation logs, prepare shift reports, and support decision-making by analyzing operational data. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance requirements. Coordinate for VIP/VVIP movement and special flights as per protocol and instructions. Respond to passenger or airline-related disruptions and coordinate mitigation measures. Key Competencies Strong understanding of airport operations and regulatory compliance. Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis or emergency situations calmly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and airport systems like AODB, RMS, FIDS, etc. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Aviation, Airport Management, or any relevant field. 3–8 years of experience in airport operations or AOCC preferred (freshers with aviation internship may also apply based on requirement). Knowledge of DGCA, ICAO, and BCAS guidelines will be an advantage. Work Conditions Shift-based work in a 24x7 operational environment. Based out of AOCC or operational zones as per duty rosters.

UAV Engineers manage the UAV lifecycle, from design to maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain UAV systems. Work on UAV electronics, Ardupilot, and control systems. Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and industry standards. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance UAV capabilities.

Mandatory Skills: 1. Passenger service system (Navitaire, Amadeus, Sabre) for managing reservations, ticketing, departure control, etc. 2. Revenue Management, Flight Operations, Schedules, Experience in Reservation/Booking engine etc. 3. Airlines Regulatory Compliance & Security (IATA, DGCA) 4. Global Distribution system (GDS)

Perform assembly, manufacturing, Troubleshoot, maintenance & repair of airframe structures for DA40 NG & DA42 aircraft. Conduct inspections, defect rectification, modifications on airframe components. Ensuring compliance with DGCA CAR-145 standards. Required Candidate profile Experience in aircraft maintenance, including airframe and structural work including its procedures & DGCA CAR-145 standards. Experience in Indian Air Force Base Repair Depot (BRD) operations.
