DevOps Manager

As a highly motivated DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our DevOps platform with a strong focus on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform. You will lead automation efforts for infrastructure, application CI/CD, and validation, as well as mentor a high-performing developer platform engineering team. Collaboration across teams, staying updated on technology trends, providing technical leadership, and enhancing skill acquisition across the team will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in platform engineering with leadership roles, extensive software engineering development and design experience, and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tooling. A strong background in infrastructure and public cloud, particularly AWS, along with expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential. Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in agile development methodologies are also required. Your strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.,
