DevOps Lead Engineer
What You’ll Do
- Implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
- Manage and maintain Amazon EKS clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of AWS cloud-based environments.
- To manage Linux based EC2 Instances for multiple applications.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security vulnerabilities.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development & Management Implement and manage DevSecOps environment - Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Nexus, GitHub Actions, and AWS Code Commit for automated deployments.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes for microservices and frontend applications.
- Ensure zero-downtime deployments with blue-green and canary deployment strategies.
- Cloud Infrastructure Automation & Management deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Optimize AWS resources including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and EKS for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement and Manage Kubernetes (EKS) for container orchestration and scaling. - Ability to create EKS Custer, Monitor and troubleshoot EKS clusters, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure security and compliance of EKS clusters by implementing best practices and security policies.
- Security & Compliance Implementation enforce IAM best practices, role-based access control (RBAC), and secrets management. o Ensure compliance with SOC2, GDPR, and cloud security best practices.
- Implement network security policies, API Gateway security, and SSL/TLS encryption.
- Collaboration & Documentation work closely with Developers, QA Teams, and Security Engineers to integrate DevSecOps best practices.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, CI/CD pipeline workflows, and deployment guidelines.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, IT, or related field (Mandatory). AWS Certified Solution Architect and Kubernetes Certification (Preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in DevOps, EKS, AWS Cloud Technology and CI/CD pipeline management. Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes and AWS Cloud Technology.
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure scaling, and system monitoring.
- Hands-on experience to manage Microservice based applications.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM best practices, and network security policies.
- Proven ability to optimize cloud cost and performance.
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
