DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability requirements of the organization.

Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure efficient usage

Implement processes to ensure high availability of applications

Monitor and optimize cloud costs by selecting appropriate services and managing resource usage effectively.

Implement and manage security measures for cloud environments, including IAM policies, encryption, and network security.

Work closely with development teams to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Desired Skills:

1. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
2. Familiarity with network security and cloud security best practices.
3. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

1. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Cloud Systems Engineer or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud.
3. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications may be advantageous.
