About the Role: We are seeking an experienced product engineering/development leader to join our flagship product, VLMS. As a qualified candidate for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent experience. You must have a minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years in software development and 3 years in .Net Core. Proficiency in SSRS Reporting and DevExpress report is mandatory for this role. Your responsibilities will include independently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients, demonstrating a quick learning ability to solve high-priority problems efficiently. Collaboration with the Product Management team to address customer inquiries, requirement understanding & analysis, design, development, and deployment of applications hosted in Azure with Azure SQL are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be expected to perform unit testing, code reviews, defect fixes, work on hot fixes and change requests, participate in production releases, and provide support to the respective team. Effective communication with business users and client IT teams is crucial. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
