Job Title: Paediatrician (Full-Time / Part-Time) Location: Stepcare Clinics, Nallurahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore Contact: +91 9606910112 | hr@stepcare.co.in Position Overview Stepcare Clinics is seeking a compassionate and experienced Paediatrician to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will lead child health and preventive care services, offer expert consultations, and ensure high standards in paediatric clinical care. You will play a vital role in shaping our paediatric services and building trusted relationships with families. Employment Type Full-Time: 8 Hours (Morning or Evening Shift Options) Part-Time: 4 Hours (Morning or Evening Shift Options) Experience Required 5-10 years of post-MD/DNB experience in paediatrics with Strong clinical acumen and potential for leadership Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide expert outpatient consultations for infants, children, and adolescents Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions including infections, asthma, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, and developmental concerns Guide routine well-child visits, immunization schedules, growth monitoring, and parental counselling Coordinate referrals to paediatric subspecialists when required and ensure continuity of care through regular follow-ups Maintain accurate and updated paediatric clinical records Lead the development and refinement of paediatric-specific clinical SOPs, immunization protocols, and monitoring checklists Ensure compliance with internal and external audits (e.g., NABH, paediatric quality standards ) Participate in case discussions, paediatric care reviews, and cross-departmental clinical planning Represent the paediatric department in community outreach programs, school health camps, and CME events Qualifications MD / DNB in Paediatrics from a recognized institution Proven experience in outpatient/clinic-based paediatric practice Familiarity with NABH-compliant, protocol-driven care environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills with parents and children What We Offer A leadership opportunity within a growing primary care network In-house support from diagnostics, pharmacy, radiology, and admin teams A collaborative culture cantered on safety, quality, and clinical excellence A platform to build and grow your own paediatric practice while leading the department
