Your role will involve interacting with team members to enhance the technology stack, application performance, and stability. You will work on automating and improving development and release processes, as well as executing technical projects to support marketing efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Monitoring as a Service (MaaS) platform development team, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the timely completion of projects. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze complex situations, and make informed decisions are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with participation in design reviews and IT landscape architecture discussions. You will mentor developers, establish best practices, and focus on continuous improvement in technology utilization. A good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred. In terms of social skills, you should have a proactive mindset, be open to peer feedback, engage in direct communication, demonstrate critical thinking, act as a team lead, embrace a discovery mindset, and be a fast learner.,
