Developer - Frontend

As a Frontend Developer at KANINI, you will collaborate with the team manager to build custom digital experiences for client applications and related sites, adhering to the highest standards of web development best practices. Your primary responsibility will involve implementing visual elements that users interact with in the application, with support from backend developers. Your key responsibilities will include defining, designing, and developing business solutions through configuration and software development. You will work closely with analysts and architects to establish the technical direction based on a thorough understanding of the business requirements driving the analysis and design of technical solutions. You will be tasked with supporting and creating engaging user experiences in alignment with stakeholder specifications. This will involve producing clean, W3C-compliant front-end code that emphasizes web standards, semantics, usability, accessibility, and optimization. Your focus will also extend to code architecture, modularity, and reusability, along with tasks such as analytics tagging implementation, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will provide guidance on processes, technology, and tools relevant to custom web development. As a point of contact for cross-functional technical projects and programs, you will contribute to project/program execution, requirements gathering, technical execution, and deployment. Moreover, you will address platform and IT-related needs, including product updates and site administration, while identifying opportunities for enhancements in the creative marketing process and capabilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess 3 or more years of technical product and project experience in delivering top-notch digital media experiences within a team environment managing external business websites. Your expertise as a web developer should encompass advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, emphasizing the ability to implement optimal solutions tailored to specific contexts. Furthermore, familiarity with UX, SEO, and performance best practices, as well as proficiency in software repositories and collaboration tools, will be beneficial. Experience with Content Management Systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, is preferred but not mandatory. Effective communication skills, adaptability to changing requirements, and the ability to manage multiple technical projects are essential. Your collaborative approach with colleagues, project management teams, business stakeholders, and technical advisors, paired with continuous curiosity and a passion for learning, will be crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E/B.Tech) or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (M.C.A) or Computer Science/IT (MSc) is required. Furthermore, familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Angular, CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation, CSS preprocessors like SCSS or Sass, and data visualization libraries like D3.js will be advantageous.
