Work Location: Ahmedabad Please share your updated profile to sugantha.krishnan@acldigital.com Notice Period: should be lessthan 15 days Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems for users Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues remotely and on-site Manage and support OS installation (Windows, MacOS if required) Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals Install and update antivirus software and ensure system security Perform system backups and recovery Monitor and maintain asset inventory and documentation Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and repairs Support video conferencing and collaboration tools Ensure timely closure of IT helpdesk tickets Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Desktop Engineer or IT Support Engineer Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking Good understanding of remote desktop tools and IT ticketing systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team
