The ideal candidate profile for this role includes a preference for industries such as Suvarna Fibrotech Pvt. Ltd., Shiv Shakti Fibre Udyog, Tribeni Fiber Pvt Ltd, Prolong Composites, Arvind Composites, Mecolam Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Fibro Grats Pvt. Ltd., among others. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development within the FRP industry. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is a requirement, while a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering would be considered an added advantage. Strong communication skills, the ability to persuade and convert leads, a positive attitude, self-motivation, proficiency in desk research, and a results-oriented mindset are all desirable traits for this role. This is a full-time position that entails a day shift schedule. Candidates will be asked about their domestic or international experience during the application process.
