As a Staff Engineer, you will demonstrate multiple skillsets including design, product definition and field issue resolutions for a group hardware(s) in GEnx LCE Engineering Org. You will be leading activities linked to technical improvement of existing components and products, resolution of issues corresponding to the field services. In addition, you will be required to work collaboratively with a cross-functional teams including but not limited to Systems, Programs, PSE, Manufacturing Programs, Quality, Supply Chain, Repairs and Materials to address component related issues and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions as required. Role Overview: In this role, you will report to Sub-Section Manager in GEnx LCE at GEA, BEC, JFWTC, Bangalore. As a Staff Engineer, your responsibility broadly includes: Lead design execution, development, and field issue resolution for a group of hardware(s) per product life cycle Drive technical expertise to meet design CTQs for a group of hardware(s) working with module leaders, adjacent hardware owners & other supporting functions Identify, develop, evaluate, and introduce engineering solutions and containment plans to meet near term and long term needs of group of hardware(s) Understand key business drivers, contribute towards developing program plan and deliver impactful business outcomes. Integrate work of self/team with other teams and contributes to broader business objectives Drive lessons learned documentation and implementation of best practices in teams hardware design Mentor and guide team members for proper documentation of technical data generated in compliance with engineering and agency policies and procedures Foster and inspire a collaborative work and lead communication internally and externally Provide technical guidance & mentor engineers in team Leverage digital/LEAN tools for problem solving and root cause establishment. Engage and provide technical solutions to cross-functional teams throughout the business to improve or resolve manufacturing, product center, supplier, or field issues Lead program prioritization, execution, and communication with stakeholders Lead and participate in design reviews, tech reviews & PCB reviews Collaborate and interact with customer, partner and adjacencies like Supply chain, other engineering discipline like Engine Dynamics, Thermal System, clearances. Leverage digital tools & analyze the data insights to drive appropriate actions Meet all the deliverables within targeted cost & schedule with FTY & OTD = 100% Idea Candidate: Should have experience in structural design & analysis. Required Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 12 years relevant experience on Design/Hardware Ownership of aircraft engine/Gas turbine components Conversant with Design Criteria requirements of structures/ rotor/airfoil Clear thinker and effective problem solver Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and networks Strong oral and written communication skills Ability and willingness to travel as required Desired Qualification: Experience with GE Aviation engineering design methodology & hardware knowledge of airfoils is desired Knowledge of Mechanical design of airfoil, structure, or rotor Understanding of manufacturing & inspection processes, repair methods desirable MRB Certified Engineer Adaptability to leverage Digital & Analytics tools to drive data driven decision Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes.

A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and storytelling. Experience crafting digital-first creatives across multiple formats (static, video, reels). Familiarity with paid media requirements (ratios, file types, thumb-stopping creative hooks). A proactive mindset with the ability to balance creativity and execution speed.
