Design Engr - CHO Projects MEP

As a Material Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing Material Requisitions (MRs) for Quotation and Purchase. You will review technical offers from bidders, prepare technical queries, and compile Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) reports. Your role will involve reviewing vendors" calculations and drawings, interacting with other departments and project/client for necessary checks and comments on various documents. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of Material Requisitions for HVAC equipment, technical bid evaluations, and witnessing performance tests at vendors" works. To qualify for this position, you must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable college or university. A minimum of 1 year of experience in equipment manufacturing companies, Engineering Consulting companies, or Chemical plants is required. You should have a strong focus on learning and be a proactive team player. Key skills and competencies for this role include knowledge of engineering standard specifications and designs, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and maintaining accurate records are essential aspects of this role.,
