Job Description

Conduct CFD analysis to validate and improve pump hydraulic design and optimize component designs for efficient heat transfer.
Conduct structural analysis for validation of design concepts.
Optimize CFD analysis to improve accuracy and minimize computation time.
Perform complaint analysis, initiate design changes for performance and durability improvements in existing and new models.
Conduct root cause analysis.
Conduct Value Analysis/ Value Engineering (VAVE).
Adhere team/activities to PLM system in the company.
Create innovative, robust and cost-effective designs.
Prototype creation and testing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in CFD analysis using ANSYS CFX/Fluent, OpenFOAM or any CFD software.
Good understanding of pre-processing strategies for improving accuracy and reducing the computation time.
Minimum 2 years experience in using Solidworks for 3d modelling, assembly and drafting.
Good knowledge of design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in conducting structural analysis using ANSYS Mechanical or any FEA software.
Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline
