Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that all piping designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices. Conduct quality control reviews to verify design integrity and safety. Requirements Must be capable of providing conceptual as well as detailed design drawings of water treatment plant piping. Requires experience with specification of piping, piping components valves, instruments, vessels, and other mechanical equipment. Creating Piping Routing in AutoCAD Plant 3D with respect to Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and optimizing the Skids & Plant piping. Develop 3D Models and ensure clash-free models in coordination with all other discipline requirements. Preparation of Equipment layout, Skid piping GA, 2D piping layout, Isometrics, MTOs, pipe support drawings, Pipe rack design input, and Civil and vendor drawing reviews. Should have experience with piping design standards with ANSI/IS/ASME piping specifications and layouts for water treatment plants. Must be familiar with relevant design & ASME, IS, DIN, and BS codes. Confirm compliance with customer specifications for equipment and material types. Review and approve 3D model, drawings and documents from 3rd party design companies.
