Design Coordinator (Real estate)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to assist in coordinating between architectural, structural (RCC), MEP consultants, and site execution teams. This role is crucial for ensuring timely design deliverables, resolving technical queries, and supporting smooth execution at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external consultants (Architectural, RCC, MEP) for design drawings, revisions, and approvals
• Track and follow up on design submissions, BOQs, GFC drawings, and service coordination drawings
• Work closely with civil site engineers to understand design issues and resolve them with consultants
• Ensure design deliverables align with project timelines and construction progress
• Maintain and organize drawing logs, communication records, and change notes
• Attend project coordination meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
• Support in reviewing drawings for conflicts between civil, MEP, and architectural services
• Flag critical design decisions and discrepancies to management and follow up for timely resolution

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship in real estate / design coordination preferred)
• Good understanding of RCC, MEP, and architectural drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask across consultants and site teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
