You will be responsible for coordinating with the Clients appointed MEP design consultant, Contractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the works. Additionally, you will be monitoring the performance of the Consultant, Technical site supervisor, and Contractor in the performance of their duties and discharge of their responsibility. Your duties will also include the preparation of Material Inspection reports, convening and chairing all principal meetings, and recording the proceedings. Furthermore, you will be monitoring the project with respect to BOQ, Design Approval, NT items, and Variation reports. It will be your responsibility to monitor the project progress according to the schedule and prepare mitigation plans for any delayed schedule works. You will also be involved in preparing the schedule for the Testing and Commissioning of all MEP assets.,
