Job Description

Centre for Sight is hiring for the below position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new referral partners (ophthalmologists, optometrists, general physicians, corporate clients, optical shops).
Promote hospital services (LASIK, Cataract, Retina, etc.) through targeted outreach.
Organize CME programs, eye check-up camps, and community outreach activities.
Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into walk-ins and surgeries.
Maintain strong relationships with existing referral doctors and ensure regular engagement.
Schedule and conduct field visits to doctors and partners for lead generation and service promotion.
Track daily leads, patient footfall, referral performance, and conversion rates.
Submit regular sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.
