Job description: Roles and Responsibilities : Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers and brokers within assigned territory Marketing & Sales of current and upcoming residential and commercial projects of the company. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new project release launches. Manage site visits, negotiate with prospective customers and close the transaction. Add new channel partners and associates for business development. Coordinate with existing channel partners and brief them about the available inventory for sales. Market research and assist the senior management in planning. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for sales. Proper coordination with CRM and Project departments. Represent the company in different national & international exhibition , trade shows and conferences. Contribute in marketing & promotions planning of the allocated projects. Desired Candidate Profile : MBA/PGDBM-Marketing with excellent communication skills with a good experience of residential sales. Smart, go getters and ambitious sales and marketing professional with proactive sales attitude.
