Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Head-Syndication-Sales-Mumbai - Lower Parel. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in sales and syndication.
Roles and Responsibility

Sourcing and maintaining relationships with corporates and institutional desks.

Selecting and structuring financing opportunities, including coordinating with internal and external legal teams.

Preparing credit assessment memoranda and representing cases in approval committees.

Working with internal teams to ensure deal approval within the system.

Maintaining and expanding relations with investors and syndication teams.

Co-working seamlessly with multiple sales teams on structured finance proposals.

GraduationB.Com, B.Tech, B.E.

Post-GraduationCA, MBA.

Minimum 7 years of experience in the banking industry, focusing on sales and syndication.

Strong knowledge of financial services, broking, and banking operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
