Dealer Network Management: Building and maintaining a strong network of dealers, ensuring material availability, and expanding sales potential within that network.  Contractor Engagement: Engaging with contractors, organizing training, and managing their participation in loyalty programs.  Sales Target Achievement: Driving sales growth in terms of value and volume, achieving product-level budget targets, and ensuring timely collections.  Customer Relationship Management: Resolving customer complaints, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and contractors, and identifying new sales opportunities.
