As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the engagement effort in delivering high-quality consulting solutions to customers. This includes guiding the team through problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment stages. You should also possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems, demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, cross-industry thought leadership, and stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes for different projects, knowledge of pricing models, client interfacing skills, familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies, and experience in project and team management are also key attributes for this role.,

Primary Skills: Proficient in DELMIA Apriso / Apriso FlexNet MES product. Strong experience in multiple Apriso implementations as a solution architect. Expertise in requirements analysis workshops, solution design, and Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation. Good functional knowledge in the manufacturing domain. Ability to provide functional and technical solutions based on requirements - Grade Specific Focus on Digital Continuity and Manufacturing. Develops competency in own area of expertise. Your Role: Lead multiple Apriso implementations. Conduct requirements analysis workshops, solution design, and Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation. Provide functional and technical solutions based on requirements. Customize solutions using Apriso out-of-the-box user controls and business components. Implement business logic using Apriso Process Builder. Configure master data using the Apriso portal. Understand and utilize the Apriso FlexNet data/object model. Identify and resolve performance issues in Apriso and the database. Utilize .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.Net, and C#.Net for development. Implement reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Dashboard Builder, and MPI. Integrate Apriso with SAP and other enterprise applications using Business Integrator or middleware. Configure and troubleshoot Machine Integrator issues. Manage Apriso upgrades and use the Apriso GPM tool for deployment. Design and develop global templates and manage the COE master server. Implement Apriso best practices and performance optimizations.
