The Sales Executive position in Cybersecurity software, Cloud, and Networking requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with 13 years of experience in IT sales. You should possess a strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly in cybersecurity and networking solutions. Being comfortable in customer-facing roles is essential, including field visits to meet potential clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services domain. Active engagement with clients to grasp their requirements and suggest tailored IT solutions, such as cybersecurity and networking services, is crucial. Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures, falls within your scope. Maintaining robust client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support, and collaborating with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for project execution are key aspects of the role. Meeting and surpassing monthly/quarterly sales targets and staying updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities are also expected. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales of cybersecurity and networking solutions/services and a customer-facing field sales role. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions is required, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-motivated, target-driven approach, ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, and a bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field are preferred. Exposure to IT solution selling across SMEs or enterprise clients, experience with CRM tools for sales tracking, and certifications or familiarity with products from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, etc., will be advantageous.
