Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and optimize daily delivery and installation routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate with delivery fitters and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality installations.
Act as the first point of escalation for customer service issues related to delivery and installation.
Recruit, onboard, and train fitters to meet brand and safety standards.
Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery rate, customer satisfaction scores, and installation quality.
Maintain accurate logs and reports for daily delivery activities, inventory in transit, and service issues.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure dispatch-readiness.
Implement best practices for reducing re-visits, damages, and customer complaints.

Conduct periodic field audits and on-ground checks to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in furniture/home decor or bulky item logistics.
Familiarity with lean inventory practices and warehouse automation tools.
